젊은 부부인 건축주는 평소 많은 손님을 초대해 다양한 취미활동으로 여가 시간을 보내는 라이프 패턴을 가지고 있다. 젊고 활발한 건축주 부부가 Quader에게 요청한 주요 포인트는 자연적인 물성과 차분한 컬러의 활용, 그리고 디테일한 평면 계획이었다.

Architecture and interior design of this project were made with preference to natural wood all over the private house. The feeling of warmth and coziness is caused by a secluded location around a private house with many trees. The center of the project is an open terrace with a large swimming pool. It is faced with natural stone - travertine. The terrace is zoned into 2 parts — a barbecue area and a recreation area. The territory is surrounded by a fence on a stone base, which connects it with the landscape and other natural materials in the project.

거실, 주방, 응접실과 게스트룸 등 대부분의 생활 공간이 위치하는 1층은 복도를 통해 좌우로 구분된다. 좌측에는 일상적으로 쓰이는 공간들을 배치했고, 우측으로는 기계실, 보일러실, 운동을 위한 공간을 두었다.

The warm and homely interior of a country house in the Kyiv region was created for a young couple who likes to have many guests. The main materials in decoration, furniture, textiles and decor are wood, metal, stone. The shades are warm and natural. All rooms are designed in the same style with different accents. In the living room there is a copper fireplace, in the bedrooms there are beautiful ceiling lamps, in the bathroom there are walls tiled with colored tiles. This house is ideal for a comfortable pastime, and for crowded parties.

1층에서 지인들과 즐거운 시간을 보낸 건축주는 저녁이 되면 2층으로 올라와 하루를 마무리한다. 2층에는 주택의 정면 방향으로 테라스가 설계되어 있으며, 드레스 룸을 지나면 주택의 뒤편 수영장과 정원을 마주하는 마스터 베드룸이 위치한다. 모던한 스타일로 디자인된 주택 실내의 모든 공간은 부드럽고 따뜻한 컬러 팔레트를 활용했다. 뿐만 아니라 창밖의 자연을 그대로 담은 듯 나무와 석재를 주요 마감재로 선택해 사이트가 지닌 매력을 실내 곳곳에서도 느낄 수 있는 아늑한 공간으로 완성됐다.
